The Wi-Fi is awful, and there’s no room service. The shower flooded and soaked the mat outside it. This is pretty basic lodging in a location that wasn't great for us, since we had to drive everywhere. There are better located options. Lucas, though, is a very friendly host, enthusiastic and helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for getting between the historic center and the ferry. The pool was a nice extra, though it's quite small. The place was tidy, and for what I paid during high season, it was okay.

Our room was beside the hotel's laundry, and getting to it meant walking along the street. The hotel is spread across three or four buildings around the block, so finding our assigned building was awkward. There was no road sign to point out the entrance.

A lovely spot for a few days. The only downside for me was the Wi-Fi: it wouldn't connect in some areas, and where it did work, the speed was low.

For a few days in Ilhabela, this is a nice, affordable option. Just be aware that the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly throughout the whole place.
