Our stay was disappointing despite the hotel's good location and facilities right across from the beach. One of our rooms wasn't ready until 30 minutes late, and nobody apologized. The food was questionable: the bife à parmigiana seemed spoiled, but the chef wouldn't acknowledge it. Dinner was better, so I suspect different teams handle the kitchen at different times. They don't provide an iron or a place to iron, and when I asked, I was just told, “That’s how it works here.” The pool was small and crowded, and its bathrooms were extremely dirty. The security guard was rude to guests. Staff were generally friendly, but slow to clear tables after meals. Our basic rooms were clean. Breakfast was just okay, and they charged extra for things like a beach towel that I felt should have been included. My family and I ended up switching to Jardim Atlântico, which was 10 times better. I hate to write this, but I have to be honest. Think twice before booking.

The room was comfortable and clean, the pool stayed clean, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from and a different selection each day. I did find the food a bit pricey. Next stop, 'Itacaré', here I come.

The rooms are practical, spacious and very clean, and the WiFi is fast and strong, with no access restrictions. It even works on the beach. There's secure private parking with someone at the entrance. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to one of Ilhéus city's best beaches. Service was great from breakfast through lunch and room service, and the people of Bahia are always so kind. Breakfast is more than complete, with everything you could want and then some. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I spent five nights here and had an amazing stay. The facilities were great, and the local food was tasty, with a huge range of fruit and vegetables. There’s a big, lovely pool, and the sea is right in front of the hotel.

Everything was very clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. The beach service closes at 4 p.m., and beach access is shut at 5, so there's nothing to do in the evening.
