The location is quite good, and the staff are almost friendly. The bar wasn’t open every night as promised, so there weren’t free caipirinhas every night. Two toilets weren’t enough either. The biggest issue was a huge bedbug infestation. At least two rooms were full of them, and I think all the rooms had the same problem. Sadly, staff didn’t do anything about it. When people complained, they were just given another bed in a different room. Two guys from my room moved because of the bugs, but the staff didn’t tell anyone, and the next night I found bedbugs in my bed. I had to change hostels because I couldn’t sleep in those dirty rooms. The floors were covered in bedbug shells.

I planned on staying for less time, but wound up extending my stay a lot. There was always something fun to do. The staff were great, the Wi-Fi was quick, and having a full kitchen was handy. The location made it easy to get around, with the subway, supermarket, shopping mall, museums, downtown, and even the airport shuttle nearby. You won't really know São Paulo if you skip this hostel.

The rooms were hot and had no ventilation, and there was cat pee around. The shower fixtures were broken too. Avoid this place.

The staff were amazing, and the location was really practical. A great space, I loved it.
