Resort Tororomba

The management was extremely supportive when I had a personal issue, and I’m grateful to Erlei, Aurelio and Antonio for that. The rest of the experience was much harder. Some staff seemed in a bad mood and were rude when we asked questions or made requests, and the staff could use customer service training. There’s no adults-only area, and kids seemed to dominate the hotel. The pools were dirty, with children jumping from one to another. The entertainment team was very loud and encouraged them to shout and run around, especially near the restaurant and pool. The food was mostly local, and I even had to ask the chef to fry an egg in olive oil.

The only decent point was the location, fairly close to both the city and the airport. Otherwise, it was a terrible hotel. Food was average at best, with hardly any vegetarian choices. The Wi-Fi was slow and barely reached the rooms. Loud, bad music played much of the time and could be heard across almost the whole hotel. There's no room service, and unless you shower in the middle of the afternoon, the hot water runs out.

Tiago was an incredible surf instructor. He was patient, explained things clearly, and was just a great guy. I felt like I had to go out of my way to leave him a review. Thank you, and see you next time!

A lovely place to spend the day, though it's a small resort and can get noisy. The food was really bad and expensive.
