“Nice” pousada. I arrived at 17:00 to check in and found that the accommodation I’d booked, with a balcony facing the pool, had simply been switched to a room in a corridor, underneath another unit. It was a bad setting and nothing like what I paid more than R$500 a night for. Breakfast was only okay. Then, on checkout day at 11:00, they were already messaging me rudely, telling me to leave immediately. Terrible service, rude people, and no idea how to deal with guests. I don’t recommend it. That was definitely my first and last stay.

The only thing I’d change is the pool. In my opinion, it could be heated to make things more comfortable for guests, since the water at Praia do Rosa is very cold. The pousada itself is super comfortable, our room was clean and smelled lovely, and breakfast was generous and delicious. All the staff were great, really polite and helpful.
