The receptionist was very attentive. I was traveling with my baby, and they let us check in early. Breakfast was reasonable. The property is very pretty and has potential, but the rooms need maintenance and investment to feel more comfortable. The minibar was old and rusty, and the air conditioner was old and noisy. Our bed was small and creaky, like a slightly oversized single bed. There were a lot of termites, especially in the beds, and it felt like I was lying on sand. We were on the ground floor and couldn't open the curtains because people passed by on their way to the pool, so we had no privacy.

The location is great and the price was good, but the room upkeep let the place down. We didn't dare sleep on the bunk bed because there were so many termites, so we put the mattresses on the floor. The refrigerator was rusty, and the old air conditioner was noisy. On the ground floor, people kept walking right by the window, so there was no privacy.

The breakfast was a real highlight. Neide made wonderful plates with fruit, bread, cakes, juice, and yogurt. She did a perfect job with everything she handled. The room had a good bed and pillows, a few blankets to choose from, towels, a fan, a hammock, an outdoor table, and a small towel rack. The setup met our needs, but there were termites and wood dust throughout the house, including on the beds. Privacy was basically nonexistent if anyone was staying nearby. In our room, the divider was just a locked sliding door rather than a wall, so we could hear conversations, phone videos, and even intimate relations. I'd come back if I heard they'd improved the room maintenance. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
