What stood out at Borges Hotel was how the staff treated my kids. The guys at reception were patient and very polite, and they helped with our bags with a smile. You can tell the team is glad to help. The place felt safe and family friendly, and it was very clean and well organized. We also liked the board game area and the TV lounge. There's a separate smoking area, so the rest of the hotel stays spotless. The Wi-Fi was steady, and there were places to charge phones, which really helps. We came here after a terrible stay elsewhere in Imperatriz, at a hotel that felt like a prison, with mold and total neglect. On a later trip, I made the mistake of choosing Hotel New Anápolis. That was a nightmare too, with mold, an attendant asleep at the desk, and basic hygiene missing. Don't choose by price alone. At Borges, you're paying for comfort and respect for guests, and it's worth every cent. It'll be our base on future trips, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
