We’ve rented elsewhere around Muro Alto, where places were pricier and felt more stuck up. This condominium is affordable, well placed for a short walk to the beach, very safe and organized, with assigned parking for each apartment. There are six pools, a gym, a restaurant, and other good services. Our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the host for apt 322C was attentive and great. Restaurants are nearby, and there’s a convenience store one block away. A relaxing vacation spot I’d highly recommend.

The attendants were polite, helpful, and the service was good. It’s very affordable, but you get what you pay for: the beach is quite far, and everything is small, from the apartment and pools to the gym, playground, and toy room. It’s a low-cost place.

The physical facilities are very good, the room was great, the location is wonderful, the convenience store is open 24 hours, and the restaurant is excellent. My only issue was how unprepared they were for the power cuts that are common in January. On my last night, the power was out for six hours. The condominium has just one generator for the apartment blocks, and during the outage only the emergency lights worked. I had no air conditioning, TV, or water because the pump wasn’t running. Calling it unexpected is unacceptable when January crowds on the coast regularly lead to outages and water supply problems. The nightly rate was expensive for spending the night in that heat.
