They provide great facilities for guests. It’s especially good for people with small children and pets.

The apartment is small, but well arranged and cozy, and we felt welcomed every day of our stay. We had an incredible time, with activities for children and live music in the evenings, including lots of forró. We’ll be back soon!

I stayed in the flat for two days with my son, and we both really liked it. It’s on the third floor, so there are no neighbors above, and the pool view is better. The decor is excellent and different from the standard builder furniture I saw in most of the other units. Everything looks new and tasteful, just as in the photos. The flat was spotless, the bedding and bathroom linens were very good, and we didn’t need anything else during our stay. The condominium was recently completed and has plenty to do, including pool activities, live music, and a grassy soccer field. Restaurant prices are quite reasonable, especially for this area, and we could walk to the market to shop or get a meal. We thought the prices at both the market and Kisu restaurant were fair. Pontal do Cupe and Muro Alto beaches nearby are great, especially with a child, and Porto de Galinhas and Maracaípe are also a short drive away. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant, which made check-in and the stay much simpler. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good facilities close to the nearby beaches.
