Pousada Porto Amazônia

Of the four places my family and I stayed last year, this was my least favorite. Getting around on foot was easy, even with my baby, and the location is incredible. The accommodation itself was uncomfortable, though. Our room smelled moldy, had little light, and wasn’t ventilated. The bathroom drain clogged and flooded the room, and it took a long time for them to fix it. Breakfast was quite basic and could have had more options and better flavor. We did enjoy the lunch from the snack bar by the pool. It was simple, but very tasty. If I visit the city again, I’d choose somewhere else for comfort.

Sheila gave our family wonderful care during a time when we were feeling very vulnerable. She welcomed us so warmly in Porto de Galinhas, supported us with everything we needed, and handled every detail of our outings, from planning to making sure each one went as smoothly as possible. Her sensitivity, professionalism, and dedication helped us have unforgettable experiences. We’re deeply grateful and will never forget what she did for us.

The stay was good, and the staff were welcoming. The pousada is well located. Breakfast was the weak point for me, it was very basic and had little variety.

I had a great stay, with a pleasant pool, a nice setting, and a good overall setup. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and the TV signal kept cutting out. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I recommend it and hope to return.
