I’ve been staying here for almost three years, and it’s one of the best choices in the city. The reception guys are great, and the service is excellent. The location is perfect, close to the cinema and city center. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and the towels and sheets are spotless and white. Breakfast is very good too. I recommend it.

I stayed from the 10th to the 12th of 2025. At checkout around 6 a.m., the receptionist asked for my WhatsApp number to send the invoice, and I agreed. Now I’m really disappointed. They don’t reply to emails, and nobody answers when I call the numbers listed on the hotel website. There’s no communication at all. I have 24 hours to upload the invoice to my company app, and my card is about to be blocked because of the hotel’s incompetence. I may have to travel from central-west Minas Gerais to Itabira just to get the invoice. If it’s left up to the hotel, I’ll get a salary deduction and my corporate card will be blocked.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety, so I had no complaints. Great hotel.
