I was really let down by the customer service. I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp about booking and was told there was availability. When I said I wanted to reserve and pay by credit card, they asked me to call the following day. I rang at 8 a.m. and was then told there were no rooms left. A very disappointing experience.

I really liked my room, and the staff were kind and caring.

Parking was the downside. The location, price, breakfast, quiet air conditioner, and service were all good.

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, and breakfast, cleanliness, and service were all good. One thing needs attention: the first-floor balcony railing is so open that it doesn't feel safe for small children or pets.
