Pousada Vitriol

We left before our stay was over, and the host refused to refund us. From the start, she made it difficult to pay by credit card through Booking and pushed for PIX, which wasn’t how I wanted to pay. When we arrived, she questioned us about having two children, even though we had included that information in the Booking details. She was visibly irritated, rude, and unwelcoming. We also heard her speaking badly about our family behind our backs. I wouldn’t recommend this inn if you have kids. If you’re traveling with children, I’d avoid staying here.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the inn had a really pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, too. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, with air conditioning, a large double bed and a single bed. The pillows were especially soft, and bath towels were provided.

The fishing lake was great, and breakfast was good, with cake, savory and sweet bread, scrambled eggs, and sausage in sauce. Renata and Robson were very helpful hosts. The whole inn was really clean, including the cozy air-conditioned room, and the pool was sparkling clean. It’s peaceful and quiet, just right for resting, and good value for the money. I’ll be back.

We stayed for one night, from Saturday to Sunday, and Renata welcomed us so warmly. She takes such good care of everything. The pool was clean and quite big, set in a lovely, tree-filled area. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the sheets were pressed and smelled fresh. Breakfast is simple, but had everything you need in the morning. My husband and I will definitely return.
