The building has a great location and a complete setup, and the whole team is very attentive and ready to help. But I can't recommend what happens at Monique Gonçalves's office. I was charged improperly and felt the advertising was misleading, with an apparent intention to defraud. I paid 2,000.00 for 20 veneers but had 18 put in. I was charged 800.00 for cleaning and restoration, then the price was reduced to 400.00. Two front teeth were filed down and the veneers were applied. I came back without the cleaning or the restoration of four teeth, according to her.

What a complete letdown. Check-in was at 3 p.m., but when we entered the room it smelled bad, the bed had no sheets, and everything was a mess. When I complained, the employee said we'd have to wait because the bedding still hadn't arrived. It was already 3:30, even though check-in was supposed to start at 3.

I got to see the inside of the development during a visit last Saturday and was impressed by how beautiful it is. It's currently recognized as São Paulo's tallest building, and the view really shows the scale of the city. From the 360-degree outlook you can see a whole forest of buildings, along with avenues, the expressways, and more. Very cool.

The reception team at the building was rude, unprepared, and a complete mess. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and still got in late.

I was really pleased with the service from Jardel, who works at the hotel's restaurant. He took my call, brought my dish to the room, and was friendly and quick.
