We loved our stay here, and the staff were so helpful with my two kids. The indoor pool, playroom, and gym were handy amenities, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with lots of choice and great quality. Room service was good too. After our trip to the beach, I left the stroller covered in sand, and the valet staff cleaned it without me even asking. That’s the kind of care that goes above and beyond. My kids and I found the stay so memorable, and we’ll pick this hotel when we’re back in the state. Thank you! The service was amazing.

We didn’t sleep well at all because the bed was extremely hard for older people like us. We paid almost 100 USD, yet still had to pay a fairly high garage fee. The hotel is a long way from the beach.

What a pleasant surprise. The hotel had recently been renovated in 2018 and had everything we needed, all at a very reasonable price. Congratulations to CNA and the hotel management!

It’s a technical five-star hotel. Space feels cramped compared with what the rating merits, though at least they try, and most people will probably be satisfied. Foreign tourists have different criteria.
