The individual chalet was cozy and well organized, with a fireplace, a nice view, and a whirlpool tub. Being around the animals made the stay even nicer. The service was wonderful, and breakfast was great. And the pizza was the best I've had, with dough unlike any other.

The breakfast alone was worth it, with delicious things Marcos and his family make themselves and put real care into. The rooms and facilities are great and always clean, and their sightseeing tips were spot on. Marcos and his family are wonderful hosts. I hope to be back very soon.

The host was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but sincere. I was pleasantly surprised by the place, even though it doesn't get much publicity. The room has big glass windows that open onto the surrounding nature, a working fireplace, plenty of hot water from the gas system, and a whirlpool tub with no usage restrictions. There’s a Smartv TV I didn't use, and the Wi-Fi signal was steady.

We spent 8 days here as a family and had a perfect stay. The owners and their family were kind and attentive, with great local tips, and the location made it easy to visit all the waterfalls around Visconde de Mauá. Our chalet was clean and cozy, with a mountain view. Breakfasts were wonderful and made by the owners, and the thin-crust stone-baked pizza was spectacular. We also had access to the pool, sauna, and gym. We'll definitely be back!
