There are three small cottages with rustic decor, which gives the place a relaxing feel. The hosts, Barão e Rafa, are great people and know the area inside out. I've stayed there a few times, and every trip has brought amazing adventures. You can hike trails, swim at waterfalls, climb, bike, canoe, and try regional food like "Comida Mineira". There's plenty to do in the area, and I'd suggest booking with them to my best friends.

The quality of the bedding and towels was excellent, the mattress was good, and the shower had a strong flow of nice hot water. Everything was clean and very organized. The inn is small, which makes it feel cozy, and the chalets are charming. Rafa, the owner, is such a friendly and wonderful host.

We stayed at the inn for a weekend, our second trip to Serra do cipó, and once again we chose the same place. Rafa, who owns Abrigo, greeted us and was very polite and attentive. The room and sheets were clean, and breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and everything fresh. Parking was a bit harder with our larger vehicle, though a few maneuvers sorted it out. Serra do cipó is wonderful and well worth a visit.
