I contacted them on Thursday to book a room for Monday. The person who answered refused to take the reservation then, saying I’d have to call on Sunday or Monday, even though I offered to pay in advance. When I tried again on Monday, near the end of the booking, I mentioned that I get off work at the industrial plant at 9:30 p.m. The person spoke very rudely and said they wouldn’t book me because service ended at 9 p.m. I asked politely why they hadn’t told me that days earlier. After all the delays, I had no reservation anywhere, just as I’d feared. They simply told me to go to hell. I lowered my tone too and sent them somewhere pretty awful in reply, but this outrageous treatment deserves to be reported to consumer protection agencies. Thankfully, someone at a place in a nearby city thought the story was ridiculous and helped me find somewhere to stay. I’m happy to have a bed and am only not out on the street because of that person. With service that irresponsible, I would have been left with nowhere to turn. Congratulations on such a lack of humanity.

The owner welcomed me warmly, and the place was peaceful and very clean. It’s also well located, with pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and other shops easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend it.
