Really great!!!

The late checkout was much appreciated. Since there wasn’t another booking after ours and our flight wasn’t until the evening, the inn let us stay longer. We had rented the king suite with a sea view and hot tub. The inn is very comfortable, in a handy spot for trips to Milagres and Maragogi, and the staff were always attentive. Scalini’s food was delicious and portions were generous, though the restaurant is expensive. Two things bothered us. Breakfast only runs from 8:00 to 10:00, but boat trips depend on the tide and leave early, as do buggy tours. Since breakfast is part of what we pay for, I think it should start by 6:00. On some days we couldn’t have it because of our tours. Also, the outdoor hot tub wasn’t clean. With the wind blowing through the area, it filled with leaves and insects. I’d still recommend staying here, especially if those two issues are improved.

We found the clean, cozy place we wanted for our vacation, and it looked even better than the photos on Booking. The staff were all polite and kind, and we’d definitely stay here again. One small suggestion: adding privacy film to the glass doors of the ground floor rooms could give a little more privacy. Still, we had no real complaint, since the blackout curtains work very well and already provide that.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary on this return visit and found a special decoration waiting in the suite. Thanks as well for letting us check out late. We hope to come back soon! The inn is right on the sand, and the beach is wonderful and peaceful. Everyone, from the owners to the staff, was so kind and attentive. Our spacious suite had good quality sheets and towels, and breakfast was à la carte, varied and very good. The restaurant is still excellent, with lots of tasty, nicely presented dishes, and it’s open to the public. The pool is always clean, across from a room beautifully decorated with plants. Everything was perfect, just like last time. Congratulations!
