The staff were helpful, and congratulations to everyone involved. São Francisco made a real impression on me, especially the rooftop. It has the best roof I’ve ever seen, with a pool and an incredible view of Jeri’s sunset.

There’s no option to give zero stars, unfortunately. The service was rubbish, and the rooms looked like they belonged in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. We left after just 30 minutes, so I can’t judge anything else. The condition of the rooms was horrifying. They didn’t refund the full amount, even though the rooms didn’t match the pictures on the website. The police came, a report was filed, and we’ll settle it in court. We don’t know if the owner even exists. The employee gave us the owner’s number, but it was blocked as soon as we messaged. We tried from another number and got the same result. The location is good, so use it as a landmark to find nearby hotels. That’s all this place is good for. Oh, and getting angry.
