Hurricane Jeri

The spacious room, hammock, and hot tub made the stay special, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were so welcoming too. It was the highlight of our trip, and I’d happily recommend it.

We came for a friend’s wedding, and it was easy to get to the main town, restaurants, and nearby excursions from here. I loved the pool, and the room had a hammock where I spent about an hour each day reading. They also provide l'occitane shampoo, lotion, and soap, all lovely quality. Big thanks to Jaw Victor, who opened the bar so we could celebrate. We had a great stay.

We were already staying at Café Jeri when my fiancée and I fell for Hurricane Jeri so much that we added two more nights there. The hotel was fantastic, and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. It’ll always be a special place for us. ❤️

The staff at the pool, bar, and breakfast were very kind and ready to help, which was a bright spot during a disappointing stay. The room smelled awful, our balcony sunbeds took two days to arrive, and the jacuzzi didn’t work for the first few days. When it did start working, the water pressure was very weak. We also found the stairs to our room broken. They were repaired later, but we could have been hurt. On our last day my boyfriend injured his ankle and was limping. We had asked about a late checkout the night before and were told to check again in the morning, but then it wasn’t possible. We needed to go to the hospital for an X-ray and had to rush out of the room. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.
