Room 20 was magnificent and comfortable, especially with its big private covered terrace. Our stay was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and professional. This villa is one of several operated under the same hotel chain, "La Villa." Best holidays ever. The issue was the noise from motorbikes and dune buggies driving around from 6 am to 11 pm. It's clearly not the hotel's fault, but Jericoacoara should do something about it. Everyone in the village would appreciate some noise control.

The pousada itself is really good, and the staff at the front desk were kind. But our room only had cold water in the shower while we were there. I told the staff several times; they tried to fix it and called maintenance, but it never actually got resolved.

The walk to the little center with its restaurants and shops is a bit dark at night, though a phone flash or the moonlight is enough. The pousada is in a lovely, less explored corner of Jericoacoara, with a beautiful view of the dunes. The setting is cozy, the facilities are good, and the service was very good too.
