The warm, friendly service stood out, and everything was carefully prepared and served. The quality showed in every detail, and the food was excellent. One of the best places I've visited. I recommend it without hesitation!

The owner came over personally to apologize, and we found a solution that left me satisfied at the time. Since I was so hungry, I ate the meat and turned down the offer of a fresh meal because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Still, after thinking it over, I took a star back. The food was awful and unacceptable at that price. The compensation was accommodating, but it couldn't make up for a badly cooked piece of meat with raw potato chunks and cheese sauce carelessly poured over it. It was a disgrace. I'd rather try a burger there and see if that's any better. I had only eaten here, and the high prices naturally gave me certain expectations. The wine was about €5.50 a glass. Good wine is expensive in Brazil, so I can't really complain about the price, and it tasted acceptable. I chose the Filet Mignon Gorgonzola out of curiosity, even though it felt like a risky choice, and asked for the meat medium. After waiting 30 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. I was hoping the meal might save the restaurant's rating, but then the meat came well done instead of medium, and the potatoes were practically raw. I asked my Brazilian wife to report all of it. They offered to cook a new meal, but I was hungry and didn't want another half-hour wait. At first I raised the rating because they listened to my criticism and resolved it. I know things can be a bit different in Brazil, but food is food, and if you charge a high price, you need to stand by it and at least act as if you have a Michelin star. Thanks for accepting the complaint and sorting something out. Hats off to you!

The prices are on the high side, though the food is good. It also felt disappointing that swapping fries for rice as the side would only be allowed with a hefty extra charge. Hard to understand, and it takes away from the atmosphere.
