Don’t stay here! This was simply the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. The owners were rude and intrusive, showed no respect for guests, and caused a lot of embarrassment. The photos on the booking apps are old and don’t reflect what it’s really like. Things were broken and very old, and the bed linens were awful. They weren’t replaced, and there was no room cleaning service. When we asked, the owners treated us with rudeness and disregard. Breakfast was terrible and had no variety. Guests felt uncomfortable serving themselves because the owners watched how much we took and wouldn’t let us choose what to eat, even though breakfast was included. You had to ask them to serve you. Staying here feels like throwing your money away, especially when there are much more comfortable places at a similar price. Truly my worst experience in JERI.

I stayed here with two friends, and we were put in a dirty annex full of cockroaches. The owner was extremely rude and ill-mannered. Breakfast had very little variety, and he kept monitoring guests the whole time. Even at breakfast, he wanted to arrange the seating his way and tell each person where to sit. I don’t recommend this pousada.
