The first day was a letdown. We arrived to check in and there was no receptionist at the entrance. When someone finally showed up, they didn't know which room we were meant to get, so they arranged one on the spot. Our double room had plenty of space, but it was messy, the minibar barely worked, and the trash wasn't taken out each day. There was no breakfast on our first morning either, so we had to go to another pousada for it. The place itself is simple and pretty, but the stay fell short.

There was no breakfast on the first day, so we had to go eat at another pousada. Getting into the room took a while, and once we did, there weren't even sheets available to sleep on. The sheets that were there were dirty, and the room smelled musty. The pousada felt disorganized.

I was only there for 20 hours. It's small and simple, with nothing I can really complain about. Breakfast was very basic, and the staff were kind and attentive.
