Pousada Iracema

The location is great and the rooms are clean, but I won't be back. The man on reception at night isn't friendly, and the owner is rude and has no common sense. If noise bothers her that much, maybe a retirement home would suit her better. She really shouldn't be dealing with customers if she can't treat them with basic respect. 🙂

We were just chatting on the sidewalk at 11 at night when the owner called the police on us for making noise. I've never felt so humiliated. Even the officers seemed disgusted with her. In a beach town, being treated that way for talking outside is absurd. The location is good, but the owner is unbelievably rude. I hope she finds work with a different kind of clientele. I'll never come back.

The breakfast was simple but really good, and the women serving it were attentive. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning gets nice and cold, and the pousada is in a great spot. I stayed over the October 12 holiday, from Thursday through Sunday. My only point to mention is that some of the reception staff, especially at night, need to be around more. We arrived in the evening and sometimes nobody was at the desk. I'd definitely recommend the pousada and come back.

We stayed in rooms 9 and 10, and the owner came in without knocking. She was incredibly rude and ridiculous. We felt humiliated and embarrassed. The place is awful, and I won't return. My advice is simple: don't come here.
