The facilities are nice, but the management and customer service were unacceptable. We booked the best room available, yet were told we had an “inferior room” (literally), which apparently explained why there was no shampoo in the bathroom. We were also scammed through their official WhatsApp. We paid the full amount, 500 USD, through it when we booked. A week before our trip, they contacted us saying the account had been hacked and asked us to pay again. Since it was their own communication channel that was compromised, I consider this their responsibility. We asked for a police report so we could seek a refund through our credit card company, but they never sent one. They also refused compensation and wouldn't take responsibility for the internal problem. Be extremely careful when booking here.

The bed was comfy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we loved the whole pousada. Breakfast was a 100! I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are spacious, with an unusual but effective wooden wall and curtain setup. The pool is small but pleasant, and breakfast is simple yet complete. Staff are friendly, and the location is central. If you like iguanas, there are a few big ones wandering around the garden.

We were on the edge of Jeri, so nights were really quiet. Breakfast was great, and when the women preparing it realized we were vegetarian, they kindly added vegetable muffins and vegetarian mini pasties. I also had two bowls of the excellent homemade yoghurt. The duplex chalets are lovely, with a well-kept garden and pool. Big iguanas come down from the trees to drink, and there are friendly cats around. There’s a handy bar for drinks and snacks, a hot tub in the room, excellent internet, and the best cable TV selection I've had on this trip through northeast Brazil.
