Uru Pousada

The pousada is simple, but clean and very cozy. What really stood out was how caring and warm the service felt, especially from Kelly at breakfast and the whole team. They made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay at Uru Pousada and will definitely be back.

Kelie and Henrique made us feel so welcome. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well organized, and we loved our stay. We're already planning another trip to Jeri and will stay at pousada Uru again. Alex e Sandra

I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be coming back. There were two people handling things, who I think were the owner and another employee. They seemed to do what they could, but the place needs more investment. The shower didn't work properly, the bedding was disappointing, and some breakfast items were spoiled. There was also a lot of construction noise at the hotel and from the neighbors.

The pousada was peaceful, with no noise, and my room was really spacious and comfortable. I traveled alone and had both a double bed and a single bed. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of fruit, bread, cake, and tapioca made to order, everything you need for a simple breakfast. The staff made a difficult trip much easier. I told them I'd missed two flights before reaching my destination, and they did what they could to make my stay pleasant. Kelly was especially helpful, kind, and sweet. I felt they truly wanted me to have the best experience possible. I'm very grateful and would highly recommend it.
