Villa Mar Residence

The rooms and shared areas are spacious, including the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and little yard. The bedroom air conditioning worked perfectly, and being flexible about check-in and check-out helped us a lot because our flight times didn't line up. Dani was already giving us useful information before check-in, with details about the stay and tips for Vila. Her welcome was great.

The place was pleasant, clean, and well organized, with new utensils. We also got really attentive, personal service from the time we first showed interest right through to leaving.

Really lovely and cozy! It's a little way from the center, but only about a 10-minute walk, and you barely notice the distance. I liked it a lot and would happily come back!

The place itself is comfortable, and the cleaner was very thoughtful and thorough. The sheets and towels were changed every other day and were always clean and fresh smelling. The big problem was the lack of pest control. I left a shoe against the wall near the baseboard, and termites started making a home in it. There was also a cockroach nest under the sink. It was awful. I hope they improve this. The place also has no wheelchair access.
