Branco Haus - Pé na Areia do Caribessa

I came to check the place out expecting much better, but I didn’t like anything I saw. The service, quality, and hospitality all fell short. I definitely don’t recommend it. João Pessoa has much better places to relax for the same price or a little more.

The stay needs a lot of improvement. They should pay more attention to tidying up and cleaning.

The service was terrible! They’re renovating, and the rooms were dirty. It was clear they hadn’t been cleaned before new guests arrived. They put me in a different room from the one I had booked. They don’t have a card machine, and only tell you when you arrive. All the bathroom fixtures were broken, and the tiles were filthy. Not acceptable.

The location is the one thing this place has going for it. The room door was broken, the TV was small and crooked, and the shower sprayed water onto the wall. The sheets were old, cleaning was only so-so, and the dated facilities made the place look even worse. Service was awful: the staff seemed unprepared and unfriendly, nobody answered the phone or WhatsApp, and no one seemed willing to sort anything out. There wasn't even anyone at reception.
