Hotel Brisa do Mar Tambaú

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently near the beach, a drugstore, and restaurants. But my family and I spent one night at Brisa do Mar Hotel and found it very disappointing. The prices were extremely high for the quality, and the stay didn’t feel comfortable or safe, especially for a family with children. There were several problems in the room: the bathroom faucet was broken, the sliding door in the bath area was damaged, and the AC remote didn’t work properly. We had to shut off the air conditioning using the main power switch. The towels and sheets looked like they hadn’t been properly washed and smelled unpleasant. The toilet paper was also very poor quality. The first-floor corridor lights were off, which felt unsafe for guests walking through. The hotel also had no accessibility for people with disabilities in any area.
