Mardisa Flat - Apt 202

MARDISA FLAT WAS TERRIBLE, IT DOESN'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. I stayed here in November/2025 and wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Everything was bad, and we had a long list of problems. The garage is tiny and can't fit a tall car. The rooms are old, things in the room are broken, and the bathroom is falling apart. The toilet was clogged, the door was worn out and covered in cockroaches, the curtain had mold, and the beds had old springs. The sheets and towels were dirty, the closets were broken, and the room was dirty everywhere. People smoke in the hallways, leaving an unbearable smell. The room photos are all false. There's no sea view at all, just a side window facing the shopping mall. The receptionists don't solve anything. They say only the host can help, but the host is like a legend: we know he exists, but he doesn't reply or answer calls. There was no support from either the condo or the host. On our first day, the toilet was clogged and nobody helped. I had to spend more than $200 reais on products and things to unclog it, while trying to reach the irresponsible host, who wouldn't even answer me. The price is never worth it. Even at $100,00 a night, this awful place wouldn't be worth paying for.

The location was great, but the flat fell far short when it came to clean sheets and towels. There's a water cooler by the pool, but you're not allowed to drink from it, which is beyond frustrating. I don't recommend it and wouldn't stay there again.
