The staff were kind, polite, and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel itself is quite basic and needs updating, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was very limited, with little variety and no tapioca station or food prepared to order. There was also only one key card per room, which caused hassles. A few times we had to ask reception to come let us in because one of us was already asleep.

Thanks for a week’s stay. This was the best value hotel in Tambaú for us, and the price worked out very accessibly. Breakfast offered a lot for the nightly rate. Vanessa at reception was amazing and made us more comfortable, and the hotel management made a real effort to address a few things we pointed out. I'd come back without hesitation.

The service was very good, with friendly and attentive staff, and the area is central, quiet, and has everything close by. The room was spacious and had a TV, minibar, air conditioning, and bathroom. It just needed a bath mat. Breakfast was disappointing because there weren't many choices, and it could use more variety. It was also hard to find the hotel, so I'd suggest putting up a sign.
