The shared rooms are spotless, and there are plenty of shops and other food options nearby, along with a pharmacy. The host is so kind, welcoming, and attentive. I recommend it 1000%.

Bete made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything is clean, organized, and has a lovely feel to it. A perfect ten from start to finish, my second home in Joinville!
I spent a month at the hostel and had the best experience. It really felt like home. Dona Bete looks after all the guests like a mom, with so much care, and keeps the place very well organized. She’s always ready to help. I hope I can come back someday, and I’d absolutely recommend this hostel to everyone.
The hostess is such a sweetheart, always caring, attentive, and ready to help. She makes the place feel like home, or like grandma’s house, where everything feels warm and comfortable. I stayed at the Hostel for a week, my first time in one, and loved the experience, especially because it was at Boa Vista. I’d definitely recommend staying there to anyone. Hope I can come back someday.
Awful. The place feels thrown together, the rooms are tiny and barely ventilated, and it needs to be cleaned and organized much better. The mattresses, mattress covers, and pillows were moldy. The walls and floors were dirty, with cobwebs all over. There are only two bathrooms for lots of rooms that sleep several people. The common area is small too, and smelled strongly of dirt and cigarettes.
