4/10
The hotel is old and dirty, and there’s no food service beyond frozen food and a microwave. Breakfast was low quality with hardly any choices. They also didn’t honor the offer: for the final three of my ten nights, they asked for three times the price. When I complained, they said they couldn’t help. I asked to check out early because the agreement wasn’t being honored, but they refused to refund the advance payment.

The service was good otherwise, but the early check-in situation was frustrating. We arrived at 10:15 am after a long journey and were told the remaining two hours would cost half a night’s rate. We tried to negotiate, but they offered only that price or nothing, so we had to wait in the lobby for two hours.

It’s a good hotel. Communicating in English was a problem, but they always did their best to sort things out.
