The lobby looked clean, but the rest didn't. In the rooms, they seem to just change the bedding and call it cleaning. The bathrooms had mold and a white substance in the showers that I could easily scratch off. There was mold everywhere, and the hallway carpets were stained.

The bathroom was a mess: the shower door didn't work right, water kept flooding the floor, and there were no hand towels. My check-in had already been a frustrating 20-minute wait, even though I'd prepaid and checked in online, so I only needed to sign and pick up a key. The staff seemed poorly trained and unfamiliar with the All program and its statuses. Then no key was given because of an apparent "malfunction." Someone brought one around 1 AM and woke me up. I'm glad I only stayed one night. It wasn't the experience I'd expected.

The food was better than I expected, and getting there was easy. The rooms are simple and a little basic, with nothing fancy, but mine was clean. The bathroom was clean too, though a bit dated. I'd stay here again if I came back.

Everything was clean and set up, and breakfast had a few nice surprises. It was pretty much what I expected from an Ibis hotel. The employees did look a little stressed.
