Lu and Borges looked after us well when we checked in, and the rest of the staff were amazing too. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is near downtown and the main bus stop.

We booked a few nights and had a fantastic first evening at the bar. Marlon, the barman, was really professional and makes amazing cocktails. Well done, Marlon!

The beds were hard as rocks, and there was no hot water, Wi-Fi, or housekeeping. Customer service was disappointing too. A terrible stay, I’d stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection, but I wish it ran until 11:00. I imagine most guests head out on day trips and eat early. The Wi-Fi was poor, especially in the room, where we couldn’t get a connection at all. It was also sad that nobody spoke English, not even basic everyday words.

The pool area was nice, and the rooms were generally nice too. It’s a good place to leave your car, and we were within walking distance of the center, so we never needed the shuttle. Breakfast was nice as well. I would have given it a fifth star if the staff spoke English and the hotel paid more attention to details. Our room felt a little damp, a light bulb was missing, and the Wi-Fi was a real struggle.
