Star Hostel 201 Apenas Diferente

Solar Flat is well located, but the care during my stay fell short. I'd already read older reviews with similar complaints, and nothing seems to have improved. I've stayed at at least five places this year in the same category and with a similar profile, and this is the first time I've felt moved to write a critical review. Breakfast was especially disappointing. On two occasions, the bread was stale and hard. Even on a holiday, couldn't they have had sliced bread? The day after the holiday, it seemed at least two days old. When I went to serve myself at 7:00, there were only two pieces left, one hard and the other a little less hard. I also saw little bugs landing on the fruit, cheese, and ham that were sitting out. Breakfast didn't feel filling, especially without bread that was actually fit to eat. I mentioned the room cleaning, or even just taking out the trash, to the employee who helped me on the first day. She said it would only be done after the third day, and offered to take the bathroom trash if I wanted. In the room, one outlet didn't work, and another, the one next to the refrigerator, had a loose connection. On my second day, I asked the employee to cover the food left out. That kind of attention and care makes a big difference to the guest's experience, whether they'd recommend the place or stay again.
