For a seven-hour stop, the little box was enough to get some rest, and I couldn't hear the airport once I had my earplugs in. The bed wasn't comfortable, though, and I was itching through the night. It's useful value if you'd rather stay in the airport, especially overnight. Staff are there to help you into the box, and the friendly girl even said I could sleep a bit longer in the morning.

We paid in full for my 80-year-old mother to use this on her way back from Los Angeles to Brasil, but when she arrived they told her there was no room. She ended up alone in a chair at the airport overnight. We're still struggling to get our money back, and I'm so upset we chose this service from all the layover options. Never again.

The cabin was right by the gates inside the airport, so you can head straight to your gate when you wake up. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable, which makes it a handy place for a long layover. The price felt high for what you get, especially for the overnight hours. The door and aircon software was unreliable. When I stepped out to use the toilet, it had lost its connection and I needed staff to help me get back into my cabin. The wi-fi didn't work either.
