Chalés de Lençóis

The facilities are excellent, and the chalet is very well equipped. The WhatsApp service was also very good, and everyone treated me well. But access and security were disappointing. The condo is at the end of a poorly lit street, with overgrown areas both behind and in front of it. The road is unpaved and in very poor shape after the rain, so people with small cars may have trouble getting in and out. There’s no security at the condo during the day or night. Staff were only there from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The washing machine is shared. Lençóis itself feels very safe, but this particular spot didn’t give me that sense of security.

Getting to the chalet was a bit difficult because of the potholes in the street, which made it seem like the city had neglected it. Once there, though, you could see how much care had gone into the details. The chalets are thoughtfully designed, with a full kitchen, interesting architecture, and clean, modern bathrooms. The owners clearly put effort into providing good service, right down to the little touches.

The chalet stay was wonderful, so peaceful, with lots of nature sounds and a real sense of calm. The place itself was great. I had the upstairs room, though, and going to the bathroom at night wasn’t ideal; the sofa bed downstairs worked well for us. The listing said there was parking, but the car had to stay on the street, which was very quiet. Getting there was difficult because chains had closed off the city center. It took us a long time to find a way in, and I still never figured out the way out. We had to go a very long way around. Thank you!

I had a really good time and liked the chalet. The only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t cool very well, but it was manageable.
