Chalés Natora

When I got back around 9 p.m. after leaving my bags earlier to enjoy the day, there was a cockroach on the bed. I understand that the property is surrounded by lots of greenery, but I asked for insect spray and fresh bedding and never got a response. The other room had a blocked bathroom drain, and water spread across the floor. I stopped using that bathroom and had to ask my son to shower in the other room to avoid an accident. The fan looked like it had never been cleaned, so I took it apart and washed it to make it usable. The person in charge, Andréa, had messaged before I arrived to say she wouldn’t be there for check-in but could be contacted if I needed anything. I sent messages and called, but heard nothing back. The next day a kitchen worker said maintenance would deal with the bathroom, but I told her I was leaving. I paid for one night, and the person in charge still didn’t get in touch. The place lacked basic hygiene and guest assistance, and I felt dismissed and disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Jessi's breakfast was the highlight for me, absolutely delicious and made with love. The pousada itself is super cute and peaceful, with simple but comfortable rooms, each with a little balcony and table and chairs. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, even for remote work. I’d definitely come back.

The bathroom worked well, and the place was leafy and clean with a good breakfast and good service. Getting there is difficult because of the steep road, and there weren’t many signs showing where the Chalé was. It was dark outside and inside at night. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and mosquitoes made it hard to sleep.

We left already wanting to come back. The accommodations were cozy and fairly priced, surrounded by lush nature. Breakfast was very good, served in a cool, airy spot. The service was exceptional, especially from dear Amiel and Sra Maria.
