The team is great, and it’s a really good hotel. My only issue was that there was no iron in the room, and I couldn't request one. They do offer paid ironing service, which is the first time I've come across that at a hotel. It's a minor thing and easy to fix. I hope you see this, because you deserve five stars!

The building may look old, but everything is neat and tidy, and it’s a very pleasant hotel. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff are always ready to help with a smile. Their English is limited, so knowing some basic Portuguese is useful.

The rooms were better than I expected, and the service from all the staff made the stay really good. Breakfast was nice, and room service was available.

I stayed here when I first arrived in Brazil. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were nice.

The breakfast was excellent, and I was very impressed to see the same staff still here after more than 20 years. Alan
