Pousada Bellissima Italia

We stayed in the chalés at pousada Al Maré and have only good things to say about the place. The facilities are great, and you can walk straight to the sea. Dinner at belíssima Itália was less successful: the pasta and meat broth weren’t very good. After we shared our feedback, though, they gave us a generous discount on the bill. The service was excellent.

The place is really cozy and nice, but the pizzeria still has a lot to improve. The pizza was expensive, and its ingredients were uncooked.

The rooms are spacious, with an electric shower, TV, minibar, somewhere to hang clothes, and a balcony. Breakfast was good with some variety, and when I mentioned my lactose intolerance they brought out more lactose-free cake options. The pousada is lovely, well equipped, well located near the beach, and the staff are attentive. I just wish they gave guests a coffee on the house. There’s an electric coffee maker, but they charge for each capsule.

The location is a real plus, and the rooms are spacious with a good setup: electric shower, TV, and minibar. The bedding and towels were clean and new, and breakfast was decent with some variety, though they could refill things faster. My main complaint is the soundproofing, especially in room 10. Being woken at 5 a.m. by kitchen noise is rough when you're on vacation.
