I felt deceived when I arrived. The photos don’t match what you find there: the place is very small, the room has no minibar or TV, and the pool is more like a bathtub than the one shown on the website. The location isn’t good either, it’s far from everything. Breakfast had few options, and the service was disappointing. I don’t recommend this pousada.

I felt misled by the advertising online, and the price per night was excessive for services that fell far below what the website offered. When I asked to cancel the booking and get at least half of the amount I’d already paid back, the owner refused to refund anything. This experience was deeply frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this pousada to anyone.

Awful. My family traveled to Parnaíba for New Year’s, and this is what happened: we paid 270 reais online, but when we arrived the man there wanted around 1,000 reais. It’s outrageous. This kind of thing happens online a lot, so be careful not to fall for it.

The facilities could use a bit more care, and the staff seemed somewhat disengaged. There’s no way to contact reception from the room. Wi-Fi is offered, but you have to ask for the password.

I had a very unpleasant experience over New Year’s. The price advertised online wasn’t the price we were told when we got there. Be careful!
