Novo 474 Hotel

The neighborhood didn't have good dinner options, and I found everything too expensive. For R$140, I've stayed in much better hotels. During my week here, the minibar was empty, and the 14-inch TV had a terrible picture. The blanket was thin and old, and I kept having to ask them to refill the juices and yogurts at breakfast. The light in my room had burned out and was never replaced, so I improvised by taking a bulb from the bathroom corridor. The hotel also makes its Spiritist culture quite clear, with saint images and books of that kind around. I wasn't very happy with the stay.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, and the apartment was spotless. My room had air conditioning, cable TV, and a minibar. Breakfast was five stars and didn't disappoint. The hotel is very close to the bus station, which made getting to my course next door easy. Thanks to everyone at Hotel 474. Whenever I return to Macae, I'll stay there again. The service is what really sets Hotel 474 apart: everyone is always kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels family-run. The mattresses are very comfortable, the sheets are always spotless and fresh-smelling, and the rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, and wi-fi. Whenever I visit Macaé, I stay here. I've tried other hotels in town, and 474 gives the best value in the city center.

What a wonderful hotel. The service is first-rate, the apartments are excellent and clean, and even the blankets smell fresh and are new. The bathrooms are clean too, and breakfast could rival a five-star hotel's. There's a spa as well, just wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Macaé.
