Great.

You just cross the street and you’re on the waterfront, which is hard to beat. The apartment had enough for our needs, was spotlessly clean, and the bed linens smelled fresh. The staff were exemplary, especially Sirleide and Rosângela. We had a wonderful stay, though I wish the shower had stronger water pressure.

The internet worked really well, and the apartment had an electric stove with pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes. There’s a TV only in the dining room, and no breakfast is served. The building is comfortable, with a gym and pool upstairs, and there’s a cheap supermarket on the corner. The location is excellent, just 30 meters from the main avenue, and we were very happy with the apartment and where it was. A couple of things felt odd. I was charged separately for electricity for four days. It wasn’t outrageous, but I’ve never had that happen anywhere else I’ve stayed. I asked the contact person for toilet paper and got no answer. The hotel says it’s a private apartment, so I can’t imagine how things would have gone if something serious had happened. Still, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended. Cheers!

The location in Pajuçara was excellent, right by one of the loveliest beaches on the Maceió waterfront and among nightlife, restaurants, and other things to do. The rooftop pool and gym were spectacular and really added to the stay. We rented apartments 226 and 607, and they were quite different experiences. In 226, the living room was small but pleasant, with an armchair and a TV that had all the available apps. Wi-Fi worked very well. The two separate beds were adequate, though not very comfortable, and there was no bedspread, just a thin sheet, which wasn’t enough with the cold air conditioning. The bathroom was fine until its light bulb burned out. We requested a repair, but it was never fixed, so we spent our last three days without bathroom light. Staff service overall wasn’t good. In our different interactions, people lacked helpfulness and a positive attitude. On the other hand, when we asked for a hairdryer and extra hand towels, those requests were handled without any trouble. The kitchen in 226 was fully electric, with a refrigerator, microwave, and a few pots and pans. We only made simple breakfast food like eggs, which worked fine, but I can’t say how it would do for more elaborate meals. Apartment 607 was more disappointing. The sheets were never changed, and there was only one. Its bathroom was decent, but the shower screen was stuck open and couldn’t be closed. We asked to have it fixed, but nothing was done. We didn’t cook there, though several basic kitchen items were missing despite the pots, pans, cutlery, plates, air fryer, electric stove, and refrigerator. On the last day, brown water started leaking from the pipes, for reasons we don’t know. The common areas and location are very good, but service, maintenance, and some basic comforts inside the apartments fell short.
