The apartment was spacious, beautiful, clean, and everything worked. It had cooking pans, cutlery, a fridge freezer, and a TV connected to WiFi. The internet held up throughout our stay. We went with my wife and our three year old, and the beach was only a 20 second walk away, very quiet, with a drinks truck plus sun chairs and umbrellas available. The pool and the area around it were clean and well looked after. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant meals, which were good and reasonably priced, and breakfast was simple but good quality. 100% recommend!

We weren't guests at the hotel, but after a whole day at Ipioca beach we couldn't get an Uber back to our hotel in Maceio. It was Sunday, traffic was insane, there were very few drivers around, and they either cancelled or wanted a lot more cash because of the distance or traffic. We asked the beach bar staff at Wave Suites for help. They said Uber was difficult and there were no cabs or taxis in the area, but they immediately called around and found us a private transfer to our hotel in Maceio within minutes. The whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we're so grateful. The driver was also very friendly and had an immaculate white Fiat Siena. Everyone was amazing. Thanks so much!

The room was comfy, the food was fine, and the staff are really sweet. There's no TV signal, though, and the WiFi is pretty bad. For the price, still a great experience.
