Cumaru Flat Manaus 916

Great.

We stayed here with our children, and the apartment had a view of Manaus harbor. It was tidy and had a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Its central location puts many tourist spots nearby. There’s no private parking, but we parked out front without any trouble.

The owner was attentive and helpful throughout, even letting us check out late and arranging a ride to the airport with a good driver that evening. Arriving in the daytime, you can take a bus from the airport that drops you almost at the door. Just know there’s no reception desk, and you’ll need to contact the owner directly for anything. The apartment is inside a huge complex in a busy commercial area by day. It gets quiet after 6:00 PM, so be careful then. Inside, it’s exactly like the pictures, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, working Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and great views of the Rio Negro. There’s a 30 reais cleaning fee, though I think the cleaning needs improvement, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, including the refrigerator. One floor tile is broken and needs fixing.

The view is phenomenal, and the place is close to everything. Sr. Anderson, the owner, is extremely helpful and gives you room to feel at home. I have no complaints at all. It’s wonderful, and I recommend it to everyone.
