The place was very dirty, there were bugs everywhere, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

The staff are what give this hotel its basic quality. They’re kind, warm, polite, and extremely helpful, and feel like a family. In our humble opinion, the hotel should value them more because they’re the ones who bring it to life. The hotel is partly under renovation, the breakfast used to be more plentiful, and the old elevator gives the impression it may be unsafe.

The location, service, and price were good, but the hotel is quite old and not attractive. My room’s air conditioning didn’t work very well, since I was still hot even with it set to the lowest setting. I also found it strange that the shower was in a separate space from the toilet and sink in the room. There was a step up to get into the bathroom, too.
