The room was spacious and clean, and mine had a nice view. The balcony windows didn’t fit properly, though, so noise from the air conditioning and the road came through. The bathroom seemed to have no exhaust fan, with a high window left open for ventilation. Internet also seemed slow during busy evening hours.

There’s a pool on the roof, which was nice, and I had a good view from my balcony on the 18th floor. The hotel has a business-hotel feel, with dated rooms and too few charging outlets. There’s no coffee kettle, and breakfast was mediocre. You can’t walk to much, though Patio grocery store is within walking distance.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast and room service were both great. I loved staying here. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the AC works well. My room even had a microwave. There’s a huge mall right next door with food, pharmacies, shops, and clinics. When my sister got sick, I could easily get her medicine and food without taking a taxi. The neighborhood feels very safe. I’ve booked another stay for when I get back from the Amazon. Huge thanks to everyone there. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, and dinner was pretty good too. There’s a small gym and a small pool with a beautiful view. The rooms were a mixed bag. In the first one, there was no safe, so they brought one, but it wasn’t attached to anything. The toilet had a problem; they tried to fix it, but it turned into a complete mess, so we moved rooms. The next room had no chair, safe, small towel, or hair dryer, and the tap was leaking. Mediocre overall.
